We are a new café located in the Houshi area of Sharjah, seeking an experienced Senior Barista with 5-6 years of experience, particularly in crafting specialty drinks. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your expertise in coffee preparation, including a deep understanding of brewing techniques and specialty drinks, will help elevate the café's offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, including specialty drinks and custom orders.
• Lead the barista team, mentoring junior staff and ensuring consistent quality.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers.
• Take and serve customer orders, focusing on personalized service and attention to detail.
• Assist with menu development, introducing new specialty drinks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, including all coffee equipment and workspaces.
• Manage stock levels of coffee, food, and supplies, assisting with inventory.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation.
