Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MENA region for aftermarket automotive products, with a focus on batteries and auto parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet market demands effectively.
- Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to trade and the automotive industry in the MENA region.
- Updated on the latest advancements in batteries and autoparts.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets including receivables and ensure regular reporting progress to the management team.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector, including industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Fluency in Arabic Language is a must.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing trade in the MENA region.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
