Senior Civil Project Engineer

Description:

We are looking to hire a Civil Project Engineer to join our Contracting Division.
Shall manage the project from the initiation/design stage, construction until the handover.

Qualifications and experience:
 

• G+10 Building contracting with Dubai Municipality approval.
• Its mandatory to have all authorities approvals and must be well versed in all approval procedures for construction permits from DM/DDA/DCD/NAKHEEL/TRAKHEES/CONCORDIA/DAFZA/DWC/DEWA etc..
• Experience in submittal of documents to all authorities along with site experience and project management.
• Must be experienced in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project to prepare planning and scheduling of the projects
• Candidate must be available in UAE.
• Driving license is a must
• Degree Level (minimum) Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
