Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Collections Officer, will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, including communicating with customers about their outstanding liabilities, managing customer inquiries and disputes, assess payment ability, reach settlement agreement with customers.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Debt Collection experience in UAE is a must
• Holding a Valid UAE Visa sponsorship with no objection certificate.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with debt collection software preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
