As a Senior Commercial Property Consultant at Valorem Real Estate Brokers, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
-Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing top-notch service.
-Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to make informed business decisions.
-Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.
-Compliance: Ensure that you adhere to all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience of more than 1 year as a Senior Sales Consultant.
-Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
-In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing.
