Senior Designer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating and managing design concepts, producing design layouts, collaborating with clients and other designers, producing technical drawings, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. The Senior Designer will also participate in presentations, review project schedules, and assist in preparing project budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other industry software
• Experience in managing design teams and leading design projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Experience in interior design of commercial and residential spaces
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and other teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in project management and budget control
