Senior Elv Estimation Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced ELV, AV, and ICT Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in multimillion projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bidding, preparing general notes as per project specifications for quotations, and the ability to engage in discussions with clients or contractors to clarify details for tenders or ongoing projects.

The role includes conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates for design-and-build projects, preparing material submittals, providing technical comments, and obtaining product approvals. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of guiding the preparation of shop drawings and cash flow projections for management approval. The candidate should also have the ability to prepare layout diagrams and design drawings , O&M mannual, Method of statement when required, providing support for the client. Experience in project design presentations is also a key requirement.
