Position: Senior Estimator / Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for projects
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Analyze contracts and tender documents
• Evaluate and manage risks related to project costs
• Coordinate with project teams to optimize financial planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, cost control, or quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and contracts
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
