Description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (sociology, social work, political science, anthropology, economy, geography...)
- 15+ years’ Experience in Social Impact Assessment
- Knowledge of international best practices in social impact assessment, IFC and World Bank standards and Equator Principles (EP)
- Excellent in research and data analysis
- Performing detailed impact assessments
- Developing SMART mitigation & monitoring plans
- Experience in Energy (Oil & Gas) in UAE or Middle East
- Proficiency with statistical and/or spatial analysis tools
