Business partnering with stakeholders to accelerate the regional growth arc and proactively supporting the regional management team and product leads in improving the business results.
- Own and Drive Insights: Take ownership of insights and value creation related to Maersk products.
- Accelerate Profitable Growth: Facilitate accelerated profitable growth for products managed by Maersk within the region.
- Transparent Financial Performance: Ensure transparency in financial performance, promptly addressing any deviations from targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote data-based decision-making within the region, providing an outside-in perspective and benchmarking.
- Budget and Forecast Management: Oversee the regional budget and forecast process for Maersk products.
- Enhance Regional Productivity: Drive regional productivity, cost management, and operational excellence for Maersk products.
- Advisory and Business Intelligence: Support strategic decision-making based on KPIs and Business Intelligence (BI), translating insights for stakeholders.
Required qualification, experience & skills:
- A solid financial educational background as Chartered Accountant or equivalent master’s degree in finance.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ related finance experience in an international organization.
- Experience of working with Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to explain financial data and conclusions based on them to stakeholders with non-financial background.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand and challenge business agenda
- Fundamentals of Financial accounting
- Preferably Supply Chain and L&S product knowledge
