What we look for in you:

• University in Finance and Accounting
• Perfectly fluent in English - both written and spoken.
• Minimum 10 year’s experience in an managerial accounting
• Strong analytical and technical skills in QB Accounting Software and Excel.
• Understanding of all elements of the general ledger
• Ability to build accounting processes and procedures in a structured approach
• Experienced in invoice management, familiar with sales processes
• All-round personality
• Trustworthy, hands-on mentality and self managing mindset
• Ability to conceive reconciliations, high level of accuracy in different accounting modules
• Profound accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting requirements
• Experience in financial reporting of international businesses
• Ability to communicate clearly, system requirements and to coordinate the implementation of different modules with IT support from Operations System.
• Fast learner, with a flexible and innovative mindset.
• Work directly with Deloitte auditors, Wealth Management Institutions, Banks and entire Trade Network
• Report directly to owner with a high level precision and correctness

Nice to have:

• German or Spanish speaking
• Experience working in a startup & family business environment.
• Experience in working at global shipping company
