Senior Foreman – Welder

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, organize, and supervise welding activities in workshops and onboard projects.
✅ Develop and execute work plans, risk analyses, and manpower schedules.
✅ Ensure compliance with ITPs, ISO 3834-2 guidelines, and welding standards.
✅ Collaborate with project managers, owners, and departments for seamless operations.
✅ Train and motivate a team of 50–100 skilled welders to achieve productivity goals.
✅ Maintain and enforce the highest safety and quality standards.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Education: Diploma in Engineering (Graduate in Engineering preferred).
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in a Foreman or Lead welding role. Background in shipbuilding, oil & gas, or fabrication environments.
🔹 Skills:
Strong knowledge of welding procedures and NDE/NDT techniques.
Expertise in material properties (ferrous & non-ferrous).
Leadership, organizational skills, and technical documentation proficiency.
