Description:
- As a Senior Graphic Designer at Pixel, you will act as a key member of the team by overlooking and executing graphic design projects from conceptualization to delivery and reviewing other team members’ designs to ensure high-quality of work. You will also need to stay up to date with the digital marketing industry and the latest tools and trends. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience.
- Well-suited candidates are visual storytellers who have the ability to lead the design process along with a strong background in design theory and hands-on skills in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Graphic Design, Animation, and Video Editing is required along with other relevant skills - preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant fields.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process and the visual communications for clients from various industries, as well as for the agency itself
- Overlook other designers’ work and ensure high-quality standards at all times
- Mentor and grow junior designers to develop a strong design foundation across the team
- Design static and animated content, primarily for online use, including social media, digital ads, landing pages, banners, website design, and more
- Develop strong branding guidelines including logos, palettes, and fonts that form a cohesive visual identity
- Generate and present fresh concepts for the agency's clients
- Ensure brand consistency for clients throughout various marketing projects
- Coordinate between Project Manager, Account Managers, and the Design Team to ensure deadlines are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and the latest trends and tools
- Other relevant tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, visual, and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools
- Outstanding time management and delegation skills; ability to identify and prioritize issues and meet deadlines
- Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently if required
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Passion for visual communications, the internet/digital industry, and creativity to think outside the box
