Description:
As an Arabic-speaking Senior Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to create captivating visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to develop innovative and impactful designs for both digital and print platforms. Your creative expertise will contribute to shaping our brand identity and promoting our real estate services in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into impactful design solutions.
- Create engaging visuals and infographics that simplify complex information and effectively communicate key messages.
- Produce compelling visual content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and visually cohesive designs that align with current trends.
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Provide design support for website updates, email marketing, presentations, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum six years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animation) and other relevant tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs across various mediums, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout composition.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
