Hiring Senior HR Executive
Location – Dubai, UAE.
Salary – 5000 AED – 6000 AED (based on experience)
Project duration – Full Time
Min 5 Years of HR Experience in managing a large workforce (1,000+ employees) Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding programs & off boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure all final settlements and clearance processes are handled efficiently.
- Managing accurate and timely payroll processing for blue-collar staff.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Manage the HR budget related to manpower and outsourcing, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, Visa processing, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate several key HR reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2+ years of UAE HR experience, with a focus on blue-collar workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
