Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing all HR operations for the organization, including recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices that align with the company’s overall strategy and vision. They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR initiatives support the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Experience in recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, and benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estates
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
