Senior Hr Opportunity

 

Description:

As a Senior HR, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's talent management (70%) and talent acquisition (30%) strategies. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that requires a practical, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement talent management programs, including executive coaching, succession planning, and leadership development

- Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR needs and drive organizational effectiveness

- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent

- Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Provide HR guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization

- Continuously improve HR processes and policies to support business objectives

 

Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Proven track record of success in talent management and acquisition

- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

- Culturally versatile and able to thrive in a diverse, international environment

- Flexible, curious, and ego-free mindset, with a willingness to adapt and grow with the role

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
