Position – Senior HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Create a suite of document template eg. Employment offers, Consultancy Contract Offers, Salary Revision Letters, and Termination Letters etc. Ensure these are accessible to the team and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Produce and Maintain employee cost sheets, offer letters and supporting documents in line with authorized management requests.
- Work closely with the Finance Head on the monthly payroll to ensure workforce is kept up to date and any ad hoc problems identified and addressed. Issue accurate payroll instructions, to meet payroll deadlines.
- Work and Manage the HR system to mark leaves/ amendments in accordance with UAE Labour Law
- Work in line with the Manager and the General Manager to prepare, guide and advise on the various policies of the Company as per UAE Labour Law
- Work with Head of Department and Reporting Manager t guide and advise management and employees, through all aspects of the employee life cycle to include absence management, investigations, discipline, grievance, capability, in accordance company policies and UAE Labour Law
- Manage the implementation and monitoring of HR processes including employment offers, new joiner, leavers, employment verifications for Banks and New Employer, Induction, prepare reports as requested by Manager and Maintaining Management Review Reports etc.
- Contribute to the development of HR Polices in line with UAE Labour Law
- Maintain and update HR database systems.
