You'll be a strategic visionary in designing organizations, assessing talent, and refining strategies for ongoing success in the ever-changing landscape of the future of work.
π Your Key Responsibilities:
Navigating Organizational Design & People Development
π Organizational Success Strategies: Refine strategies for organizational success, focusing on innovative processes and impactful metrics.
π People Development: Facilitate career advancement through tailored OD initiatives that align individual growth with organizational goals.
π‘ Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for organizational development and implementing effective solutions.
π€ Partnership and Guidance: Act as a partner in guiding teams on their journey to excellence, providing expertise and support for both individual careers and organizational development.
What We're Looking For
π Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
π Proven experience in People Development and Organizational Development, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
π’ Strong English Language skills, Arabic is a plus!
πΈπ¦ Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia
π‘ Strong understanding of the tech industry, its dynamics, and the talent landscape in the Middle East.
ποΈ Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
π― Strategic mindset with the ability to align PD & OD initiatives with complex business goals.
π€ Demonstrated success in senior client engagement and relationship management.
