At present the RIG is working with a client who is looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager based in Dubai.

The client is a while known interior and architecture firm with a strong name in the market.

The client is looking for a Senior Architect with project experience on either of these hotel brands - Four seasons, Marriott or intercontinental.

The client is looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager

- 15-20 years experience

- strong concept and technical design background

- HOTEL project experience in required

Responsibilities:

Ability to:

• Interpret program requirements, develop block plans, adjacency diagrams and detailed designs.

• Coordinate all trades throughout the design and construction process.

• Complete business and project forms, understanding contracts for services.

• Survey building interiors.

• Research; resourceful in order to obtain project information; fabrics, furniture, architectural elements.

• Prepare plans, specifications and bid packages.

• Develop detailed furniture plans specifications and bid packages.

• Develop project schedules.

• Develop documentation at an excellent production level.

Working

• Design and construction process and sequence.

• Interior architecture and detailing for preparation of construction documents.

• Building and Accessibility codes.

• Furniture installation plans and specifications for bid purposes or direct purchase.
