Description:
Kristina Zanic Consultants is looking for Senior Interior Designers to join our award-winning, dynamic and friendly team in Dubai.
We are looking for highly creative, enthusiastic, and confident designers, with excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team on a range of projects throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, focusing on:
- 5-star luxury hotels and resorts
- High-end residential projects
You will work from conception through to completion, with the opportunity to travel to sites.
- You must have at least ten years of experience working on luxury projects
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Create bespoke and unique designs and layouts
- Work on projects from Concept Design to Execution
- Communicate effectively with clients, operators, consultants, and teams to address projects' needs
- Proficient knowledge of the full process of design and construction of a luxury hotel
- Sourcing products, for example, fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, and decoration items, and providing samples for clients
- Preparing detailed working drawing packages and specifications
- Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on projects where required.
- Working with architects, MEP Engineers, and other design professionals to coordinate all other disciplines
- Lead the project team and work in a team with other designers in all phases
- Mentoring other designers on technical, operational, cost suitability, and design details.
- Identify and manage resources required for the project and constantly review and feedback to Design Director or the manager in charge
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least ten years of experience
- A wide knowledge of the design industry
- Presentation skills
- A very high level of commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English skills (written, reading, spoken)
