Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team, fostering creativity and ensuring project efficiency.
• Oversee all phases of the design process, from concept development through to project completion.
• Develop innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and quality of workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into successful design concepts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with extensive experience in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering high-quality projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects in different sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
