Vissibl is pioneering this transformation, and we are looking for a seasoned Senior ISO Compliance Internal Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the excellence and precision of our consulting efforts across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. With a minimum of 8 years of consulting experience and a deep understanding of ISO standards, you will play a crucial part in integrating technology to enhance compliance processes. After successfully completing the first 3-month engagement, you will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role, growing your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and validate the consulting work, ensuring accurate and compliant outputs.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of gap analyses, implementation plans, training materials, internal audits, and certification support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of the platform’s outputs.
• Develop and deliver training to internal teams on ISO standards and the effective use of the Vissibl platform.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in ISO standards (2025 revision) and ensure the platform remains compliant.
• Lead internal audits to verify the accuracy and compliance of the platform’s outputs.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of consulting experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Proven track record of successful ISO implementation and certification support.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes, documentation, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
