Qualification:
· Bachelor in IT / Computer Science / or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
· Vendor co-ordination for 3rd party services and applications
· Forcepoint firewall management and policy deployment, reporting
· Wi-Fi and Network management
· Networking, switching and routing knowledge
· MS Exchange e-mail server management, mailbox creation, backup knowledge
· Mail gateway, message hygiene and SMTP services management
· Application license server management (Tekla , ZWCAD etc)
· Windows server deployment, configuring and managing
· (WSUS) Windows server update services management and client patches deployment
· Active directory management, DHCP, DNS and AD replication management
· Group policy deployment and management
· AD User ID creation and user management
· Avaya IP Telephony management, extension creation, call billing report, after office hours message setting etc.
· Network printer and scanner configuration, configuring the Scan to email and Scan to folder configurations etc.
· VPN setup and user management
· TrendMicro Apex one AV server and client management
· ISP services co-ordination for account management, Billing and SIM Package management
· Desktops and server class hardware upgrade and maintenance knowledge
· UPS configuration and management
· Video conferencing, Teams, ZOOM Meeting management and collaborations
· Datacenter management
· Client system backup and management
· Desktop deployment and management
· CCTV installation and management
· Structured cabling and crimping knowledge
· IT procurement and warranty claim knowledge
· Knowledge on ITIL Standard as an added advantage
· Certification requirement: MCSE / MCTS and CCNA
