Senior Level Budget Strategy

Description:

Provide support to the Unit on the implementation of budget policies into the annual budget cycle and in the medium-term strategy of the unit. The candidate will be the liaison between the Business Unit and the systems (technology) area to translate approved policies into new processes that will improve the budget formulation and control from the Budget Unit in the Financial Affair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and follow up reforms in the implementation of the performance-based budgeting framework.
• Propose and implement changes in the budget cycle to improve the data collection from entities.
• Follow up new policy proposals in the Hyperion System.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions with internal/external stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate potential reforms in the budget process.
• Produce budget policy in the medium term.
