Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the product development and enhancement, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Oversee the mortgage sales team while establishing and monitoring sales targets to drive performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for each global location.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of regulatory requirements across global markets.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

• 13 – 15 years of experience within the Mortgage market.
• Strong track record in managing mortgage products.
• Has international experience.
• Excellent analytical and presentation/ documentation knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
