Core Responsibilities
- Project Management – Manage the workflow of all teams up to ED. Implement and use project management tool, preference Monday.com (previous experience required).
- MarComs Department Management (across the M42 Group) – internal team communications, meetings, events, team building, performance management, planning sessions, assessment, KPI tracking.
- MarComs Planning and Reporting – coordinate the process for annual, quarterly, monthly planning and reporting including Executive and Board level reporting.
- Employee Engagement Event Support – support the communications team on managing Internal Comms/Employee Engagement events, activities and staff giveaways.
- Procurement and Finance – coordinate procurement processes, develop and manage workback plans; coordinate annual budget planning with the MarComs senior leadership; coordinate budget tracking and reporting with finance for MarComs senior leadership.
- Human Capital – liaise with HC for hiring, learning and development, and performance management for the MarComs Department
- Governance and compliance – project manage the review and approval of all Marketing and Communications policies and procedures with MarComs senior leadership.
Experience
15+ years (regional preferred) working in large corporate entities, with senior level government stakeholders; university degree or equivalent years of experience.
