We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and maximize sales. This position is based in Dubai, Jumeirah and requires a background in FMCG or retail industries, along with a strong emphasis on social media marketing and design skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive customer engagement.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.

- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.

- Create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including simple designs and art direction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall brand objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends.

- Proficient in graphic design tools and software, with the ability to create simple designs and provide art direction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
