Role Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Role Type: 8 months Contract Role
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days & Hours: Monday-Friday

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for conferences and exhibitions to drive business growth and brand positioning.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and other channels to increase visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and report on marketing budget performance and adjust as necessary to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with commercial and sponsorship teams to align marketing efforts with event goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics for clients and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on conferences, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, copywriting, media partnerships, and event marketing.
