We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in designing and managing mechanical systems for high-rise buildings, towers, and villas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on complex projects in Dubai, ensuring designs meet client requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
🎯Key Responsibilities:
▪ Mechanical Design: Develop, optimize, and review HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for high-rise buildings and villas, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
▪ Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams to integrate mechanical systems and ensure on-time project delivery.
▪ Technical Oversight: Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system optimization to ensure efficiency and performance.
▪ Quality Assurance: Review designs, technical submittals, and shop drawings to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
▪ Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to address technical issues and provide design guidance.
