Description:
We are looking for a talented Senior Media Planner who will lead our Media business in partnership with MAF/ Carrefour Middle East, leading suppliers, and manufacturers by building strong relationships, engaging clients, and delivering successful media campaigns by utilizing your Business Development, Sales and Media Planning skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Media planning – Develop annual communication roadmap for key Suppliers (your key Clients) and execute integrated in-store, digital, and personalized/targeted campaigns
- Data and insight led decisions – Clear understanding of trends and developments within retail categories, confident usage of insights, reporting and analysis tools and ability to explain campaign evaluations and main KPI’s to Clients to support strategic decisions
- Sales activity –Sell planned activities to Clients in order to deliver yearly budget goals
- Client advisory - Act as a trusted media advisor by using dunnhumby insights to ensure recommended plan components support the retailers customer strategies and build brand/customer value.
- Client management and engagement – Demonstrate the ability to influence supplier/retailer decision making with respect to marketing and media programs in order to provide customer solutions. Lead Client engagement to achieve business objectives with a customer focus.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide input into helping shape and launch emerging solutions. Work closely with immediate and wider media/insight teams to develop and execute best in class plans.
- New service development - Drive in-house service development projects, with a core focus on setting up and scaling retail media capabilities
Who You'll Be Working With
In this role you’ll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You’ll work along within a media planning team, alongside an analysis team, campaign management team and dunnhumby’s global media planning experts. Externally you’ll work with the retailer and suppliers via email, over the phone and in person; you’ll also have contact with external agencies and sales/marketing supplier contacts.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related subject.
- Evidence of strategic, insight-led media planning and research analysis;
