Senior Network Administrator

Description:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support or related role.
Work closely with IT Manager / internal teams and external vendors to implement and maintain IT solutions that align with business objectives.
Provide technical expertise and training to IT staff and end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
Analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems.
Fortinet Expertise: Extensive experience with FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, and FortiWiFi for networking and security.
Networking: Strong knowledge of IPsec VPN, IP schema design, LAN/WAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
Data Center Management: Hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms such as VMware vSAN and Nutanix.
Virtualization: Proficiency in Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and vCloud Director.
Cloud Technologies: In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services and DR solutions like Veeam Backup.
Monitoring & Auditing: Familiarity with tools such as PRTG, Splunk, AD Audit System, and file server audits.
