Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Description:

As a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant at Nomad Expertise you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and solutions to our clients, helping them optimize their business processes using the Odoo ERP platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design custom solutions, and oversee the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules. In addition, you will provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring their successful adoption of Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.

- Analyse and recommend Odoo modules and configurations to meet client needs.

- Design and customise Odoo solutions to align with client goals and processes.

- Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Provide user training and support to clients during and after implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality.

- Stay up to date with Odoo updates and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Collaborate with development teams for advanced customization and integration needs.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

- Proficiency in configuring and customising Odoo modules.

- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Proven project management and team leadership experience.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Odoo certification is a plus.

- Experience with other ERP systems is a bonus.
