Description:
As a Senior PR Account Executive, you will be part of the account team, supporting on client deliverables and providing a consistent level of service. You’ll work closely with other members of the PR account team and help with project execution as part of cross-functional teams that could include PR/Comms, strategists, data analysts, creatives, media, experience design, events, and technical deployment.
Responsibilities
You will be required to work across a wide range of subject areas, and at times stretch your comfort level in a supportive and dynamic team:
- Responsible for specific account deliverables, working as a team player
- Support on client communications, meetings, events, workshops
- Conduct client, competitor and industry research
- Ensure deadlines are communicated and met, demonstrating initiative
- Arrange meetings and issue accurate minutes as promptly as possible
- Support on proposals and plans
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is stored and well organised
- Keep account team and client up to date with competitive news and market trends
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on your clients and make key presentations
- Develop strong relationships with media and influencers and ensure we deliver on KPIs
- Manage WIPs, reports in a timely manner and with attention to detail

Ideal Experience
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant PR experience across B2C and B2B brands preferably in a PR agency
- Willingness to work on projects that cross into multiple disciplines and industries
- Strong presentation development and storytelling skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent media relations and influencer relations across the MENA region
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to draw on them in challenging situations
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills, with keen eye for details and ability to manage tight deadlines
