Responsibilities:

Preparing plans for the RFQ of equipment, subcontracting, and supplies according to the client's requirements and his Suggested Vendors List

Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be considered in the tender.

Managing and maintaining accurate Quotations and pricing records.

Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, product ranges, etc.

Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating Technical and commercial offers to achieve challengeable pricing.

Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Preparing Comparison Sheets, cost analyses, and reports.

Able to manage & maintain many kinds of projects and variable Scales and scopes
