Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our sales team. *Key Responsibilities:
1-Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2-Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive off-plan property sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
3-Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4-Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
5-Project Management:
- Oversee the sales process for off-plan projects from initial contact to closing.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
6-Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
*Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the off-plan real estate market and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
