Senior Property Consultant

Become a key player in our dynamic team at Richmond Properties. We are looking for an energetic, driven, and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. This role is intended for, who are proficient in multiple languages and possess strong experience in Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and build strong relationships with Clients

• Manage and update CRM system with client and property details

• Provide expert insights and guidance to clients to make informed property decisions

• Conduct Market Research and Analysis, Prepare Property Presentations and Proposals

• Negotiate and handle objections effectively, Facilitate Smooth Transactions

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in the office real estate market in Dubai

• Native or advanced proficiency in English (C1, C2 level)

• Multi-lingual skills are a strong advantage (Turkish, German, French, Persian, Punjabi)

• Proven track record in networking, sales, and client relationship management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills, self-driven, and hardworking
