Senior Property Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking for an experienced Secondary Sales & Leasing Manager real estate least 3-5 years of solid experience, to lead our brokerage and function, based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, with prior experience in the UAE real estate market, self-motivated and a strong performance record in a leadership role in secondary sales, responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts, and a proven negotiator, leader, and communicator.

Principal accountabilities:

· Manage secondary sales and leasing team of 15-20 property consultants.

· Manage, coach, and direct the daily activities of the team in achieving the goals.

· Aim for exclusive inventories to list.

· Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

· Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting

· Assisting team on negotiations and finalizing deals.

· Developing and training of team on weekly/monthly basis

· Business generation & market research

· Complaints handling & resolutions

· Accompany team members for client meetings to help generate good quality listings and deal closures.

· Drive the team to achieve and maintain excellent quality of listings on property portals.

 

Required Competencies:

· Must be experienced in real-estate and aware of the UAE real-estate market

· Work experience directly managing a team of people

· A positive "do whatever it takes" and "all hands-on deck" attitude

· UAE DL & Own Car
