Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, and financial management of projects. Proficiency in Revit is preferred to ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost studies, budgets, and financial reports.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs using Revit and specialized quantity surveying software.
• Analyze costs and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing expenses.
• Monitor project progress and update financial estimates regularly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure effective financial planning for projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong skills in analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
