We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Real Estate Development Manager to join our team at ThriveState Square Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing exclusive and undertaking deals with developers in Dubai. This role requires strong connections with developers, exceptional negotiating skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers in Dubai.
- Identify and secure exclusive and undertaking deals with developers.
- Negotiate terms and agreements that are favorable to the company while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new launches in the Dubai real estate market.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on deal progress and market analysis to senior management.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and potential development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance network and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a significant portion spent in the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals with developers.
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate development community in Dubai.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
