Description:
The regional sales manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the designated area to achieve sales targets and expand market share. By formulating effective sales strategies, establishing nd maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring the performance of the sales team, ensure the contnuous growth and success of regional sales business.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy formulation
- Analyze market trends, competitor situations and customer needs to develop sales strategies and plans suitable for the region.
- Comple Sales targets and indicators
2.Customer relationship management
- Establish and maintain good relationships with important customers, understand customer needs, provide solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Expand new customers, increase the customer base and improve market share.
3.Sales performance management
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timelymanner to ensure the completion of sales targets.
- Collabote with other departments to solve problems in the sales process and improve sales efficiency.
4.Marketing promotion
- Participate in marketing promotion activities to increase company brand awareness and product market share.
- Collect market information and feed it back to relevant departments of the company to provide references for product research and development and market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above. Fluent in both written and oral English. Proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is preferred.
- More than 5 years of sales working experience. With experience in Tabacco industry will be preferred.
- Have good market analysis and judgment abilities and be able to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be able to withstand work pressure.
- Have good communication skills and teams spirit and be able to collaborate with people from different department
- Have strong learning ability and adaptablility and be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
