Senior Sales Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Sales Engineer/ Assistant Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Engineer/ Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities, managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing after-sales support, and participating in trade shows or product exhibitions to promote the company's products and services. The Senior Sales Engineer/ Assistant Sales Manager will also be responsible for the portfolio of Climate Masters & Carrier to End Users, Contractors and MEP consultants to achieve the sales target for the Business Unit products with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company’s Environment, Health & Safety and total quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
• Be located in Dubai.
• Good knowledge about the market.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on the HVAC SALES in UAE market.
• Sound technical & application knowledge of all HVAC system, equipment & products (Unitary & Applied).
• Excellent knowledge of using CRM system and selection software.
• Good command of English and/or Arabic.
• Driver’s License and own car (50% of the time you will be visiting customers).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Arabic Language Preferable
• Fluent in written and verbal communications skills.
• Understanding customer needs & preferences.
• Good understanding of the importance of forecast and meeting sales numbers.
• Good command on commercial terms & conditions
