Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Reporting & Deal Management:

  • Handle and manage closed deals, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and results.

Customer Engagement & Prospecting:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to pitch and promote services.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and address any concerns.
  • Ask insightful questions to fully understand customer requirements and close sales.

Database Management & Lead Follow-Up:

  • Enter and update customer information in the sales database accurately.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and build a solid pipeline for future sales.
  • Keep thorough records of calls, sales interactions, and customer feedback.

Collaborative Sales Approach:

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and network.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve better results.
  • Gather valuable feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
  • A Plus: Applicants should have an existing list of leads.
