Key Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting & Deal Management:
- Handle and manage closed deals, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and results.
Customer Engagement & Prospecting:
- Contact potential or existing customers to pitch and promote services.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and address any concerns.
- Ask insightful questions to fully understand customer requirements and close sales.
Database Management & Lead Follow-Up:
- Enter and update customer information in the sales database accurately.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and build a solid pipeline for future sales.
- Keep thorough records of calls, sales interactions, and customer feedback.
Collaborative Sales Approach:
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and network.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve better results.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
