The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai. They should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position will be between 15000 AED to 20000 AED per month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a competitive commission structure and other benefits.
