Description:
As Senior Sales Manager – HORECA, you’ll lead our B2B and hospitality sales in the GCC. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll oversee a dynamic team (2 Sales Executives & 1 Sales Coordinator) while driving revenue, building relationships with F&B directors and procurement teams, and identifying new opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct 10+ prequalified meetings weekly with existing and potential hospitality clients.
- Lead, coach, and train your sales team to exceed targets.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Scout new business opportunities, including openings and refurbishments.
- Oversee quotations, negotiate terms, and manage reporting/forecasting.
- Represent Desert River at trade exhibitions and networking events.
- Promote our ever expending range range of table lights in the region.
- Drive strategic growth by building long-term partnerships and enhancing market positioning.
🔑 What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in hospitality supplies, ideally in FF&E/OS&E.
- Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in working with sales data, tracking conversion ratios, and using insights to drive performance.
- Proven experience managing high-value clients and building lasting, strategic relationships.
- Consultative selling skills to help customers choose the best solutions.
- A proactive and highly organized mindset with a passion for selling.
