Senior Sem Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Senior SEM Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, and driving effective SEM strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with the overall marketing strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and improve performance metrics.

2.Keyword Research:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
  • Create targeted ad groups and refine keyword strategies based on performance analysis.

3.Ad Creation:

  • Write compelling and high-converting ad copy.
  • Test and optimize ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

4.Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage SEM budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign spend, performance, and ROI.

5.Performance Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

6.A/B Testing:

  • Plan and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other campaign components.
  • Analyze test results to improve performance and increase conversions.

7.Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze competitor SEM strategies.
  • Adjust and refine campaigns based on competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

8.Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure SEM efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Share insights and feedback to continuously improve cross-departmental marketing strategies.

9.Industry Trends & Innovations:

  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEM technologies.
  • Ensure SEM strategies are up-to-date and effective.

10.Landing Page Development:

  • Work with the design and web development teams to develop well-designed and effective landing pages optimized for SEM performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Strong understanding of budget management and performance reporting.
