Description:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Senior SEM Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, and driving effective SEM strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and improve performance metrics.
2.Keyword Research:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
- Create targeted ad groups and refine keyword strategies based on performance analysis.
3.Ad Creation:
- Write compelling and high-converting ad copy.
- Test and optimize ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
4.Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage SEM budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports on campaign spend, performance, and ROI.
5.Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6.A/B Testing:
- Plan and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other campaign components.
- Analyze test results to improve performance and increase conversions.
7.Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor SEM strategies.
- Adjust and refine campaigns based on competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
8.Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure SEM efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Share insights and feedback to continuously improve cross-departmental marketing strategies.
9.Industry Trends & Innovations:
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEM technologies.
- Ensure SEM strategies are up-to-date and effective.
10.Landing Page Development:
- Work with the design and web development teams to develop well-designed and effective landing pages optimized for SEM performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Strong understanding of budget management and performance reporting.
