Description:
The role holder is responsible for directly managing service sales, including estimations, maintenance contract preparation, contract renewal negotiations, and expansion of the OTIS Service Portfolio. They also maintain the contracts database in the system to track the sales pipeline effectively. The role holder must perform their duties in line with the specified business policies and procedures, including recapturing lost units, tendering and negotiating a contracts for Non-Otis recoveries jobs
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work under the guidance of the Service Branch Manager
- Liaises with clients to hunt new client, negotiate maintenance contract for Non-Otis recoveries, ensuring all potential client risks are addresses under the renewal terms.
- Executes sales strategies to recover lost units, and actively pursues clients to ensure unit recovery to OTIS portfolio
- Prepares estimates and issues quotations for recovery and recapture jobs.
- Ensures critical actions are taken and completed in a timely manner on all contracts
- Develops a strong relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.
- Coordinates with the Aftermarket and Service Department to ensure that the terms and conditions of all maintenance/repair/modernization agreements are implemented.
- Assists the Finance Department with the timely collection of payments based on contracting agreements.
- Maintains and updates the maintenance contracts database in the system and provides periodic reports from this and other relevant sources to show the latest status of all contract activity.
- Executes sales operations with strict compliance to the quality procedures & ISO policies of the company.
