Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project phases.
- Monitor daily operations on-site, manage resources, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior site engineer role.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
