Senior Software Engineer

Hiring 3x Senior Software Engineers
 
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Minimum 15+ years experience with:

·       Strong knowledge in technology like C++, Java or Nodejs.
·       Be experienced in using any IDE platforms such as VS code, QT creator or visual studio.
·       Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
·       Proficiency in debugging code for complex applications.
·       Experience in performing software tests to ensure code quality.
·       Ability to create user-friendly interfaces for applications.
·       Creating but also working with 3rd party API integrations. Commonly REST.
·       Monitor software system tools and improve the system accordingly.
·       Be knowledgeable in relational databases and NoSQL databases.
·       Be familiar with different operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows).
·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.
·       Have a fundamental knowledge of LLM.
·       Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
·       Strong understanding of software development principles such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
·       Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
·       Capacity to collaborate and work in a team environment.
·       Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
·       Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
·       Readiness to respond to changing needs and conditions.
·       Capacity to motivate and guide others.
·       Proficiency in organizing, delegating, and monitoring tasks.
·       Capacity to build relationships, interact with others and resolve conflict.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
·       Minimum 5+ years of experience directly related to the field of hardware design and development and embedded systems.
·       Communication skills for working in a multidisciplinary team.

Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred
