Description:
Role Objective: Design and develop software application as per the requirements and facilitate project delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Software application development using required development tools/platforms as per the specializations agreed on.
- Involve in all stages of the SDLC process as needed (requirement gathering, documentation, development, testing, training, deployment, support, etc.)
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly progress update as requested
- Attend meetings with customers
- Effective collaboration with the team and manager for the successful completion of the task assigned
- Lean and implement latest technologies and standards as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality - Help and train other team members
- Prepare and maintain required documents and reports related to the work.
- Perform additional responsibilities that may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Tasks assigned completed on time.
- Almost zero issues in the developed software and hence less iterations
- Contribution in related tasks (QA, Implementation and Support, Documentation)
- New tools/ideas/modules implemented
